Our quotes are fixed prices and they are fully itemised so you can see the labour charge alongside all the materials required and their prices.

We supply all required fixing materials cheaper than retail prices and help you choose and supply tiles if required. Take a look at the tiles pages for a small selection of what we offer.

We use mapei ultracolourplus grout with perfect matching colour silicones from mapei. we have found these grouts to be the best, tried and tested with all the other grouts over more than 30 years.

For tile adhesive we only use S1 certified adhesive which is much more flexible than a standard flexible adhesive and can actually survive bending of the subtrate of 5mm without failure - not that your substrate should be moving 5mm!!!

Our electric underfloor heating quotes are exceptional and this is guaranteed by the manufacturer for life. We have been using these systems for over 10 years without a single problem.

New screeds and problem substrates may require a decoupling matting installation (also called anti-fracture matting) which guarantees no cracks will ever appear in the tiles due to sub-floor lateral movement
